How the money works (simulated)

  1. 1. $100 call-out fee is pre-authorised on the company card when a mechanic claims.
  2. 2. Mechanic inspects, then submits an itemised quote including GST.
  3. 3. Company (or driver) approves — declining still charges the call-out fee.
  4. 4. On completion the invoice is captured, platform commission deducted.
  5. 5. Admin releases the mechanic payout from platform-held funds.
